Lush Dream Cream Review

Hey Beauty Crazies!

I recently went in to lush looking for a hair mask and came out with a moisturiser (standard shopping day out for me haha)
I've been using Lush dream cream for about a month now and can honestly say I am so in love!

I use this products everywhere! (slight exaggeration but on my face, hands, and most of my body)
Its described as a cooling and soothing lotion which is perfect for sensitive skin.
The formulation of the dream cream is very light but creamy.

It doesn't look like I've used much but a little goes a long way and I've used this pretty much everyday since I purchased it!

Why am I so obsessed with it?
-It sinks in to the skin very quickly, which I really like, as i hate the feeling of a heavy moisturiser on my skin
-After applying this my skin feels unbelievable soft
-Can be used on eczema (it actually claims to treat eczema)
-It works amazingly well after shaving
-works better than OPIs cuticle treatment on your cuticles
-Helps itchy skin
-Its vegan

The Lush Dream cream retails for £11.25 and I am in love with it! I would re-purchase again and again!

Mac In Extra Dimension 3D Black Lash Mascara Review

Hey beauty crazies

When I saw the mac extra dimension 3D mascara I had to try it, the brush is a combination of max factors false lash effect mascara and L'oreal telescopic mascara! Which is two of my favourite mascaras! This mac mascara retails for £18.

The formulation of the mac mascara is very wet and you need to wipe the brush on the side of the tube before applying as it will clump a lot
If you like mascaras that build up very quickly you will love this!

The only bad thing about this mascara is once its applied and dried it can be quite dry and crumble

Before: (my lashes are very short and don't have a natural curl)

After:

Overall I really like this mascara and would re-purchase as it's quick and easy to apply.

How To Create A Smokey Cat Eye With Drugstore Products!

Hey beauty crazies this is my smoky eye with a cat eye tutorial with drugstore products!

Before makeup eye: (please excuse the eyebrows they need threading)

First of all I like to cover my lid in a colour that matches my skin, to cover any veins that are on my lids and to even them out!
Today I'm going to use Seventeen eyeshadow which is in the colour ivory coast which is a amazing dupe for macs brule

In the crease I'm going to use a maybelline colour tattoo in and on the bronze
If you don't have a brush to blend the colour out you can use your finger to blend any harsh lines

To make this look more intense i am going to do a cat eyed look
I am going to be using the revlon colour stay eyeliner before lining my eyes by the lashes i do the "cat" flick first which i find easier

Then line the rest of the eye..

Then I apply three coats of the l'oreal telescopic mascara to the top and bottom lashes

To finish the look I use make up academy eyshadow in shade 1 pearl in the inner tear duct to give the illusion of bigger brighter eyes and also on the brow bone

List of products used and prices:
Seventeen eyeshadow in Ivory Coast £3.49
Maybelline Color tattoo in the colour and on the bronze £4.99
Revlon colorstay eyeliner £4.99
L'oreal telescopic mascara £9.99

Beauty Products Worth The Splurge!

Hello Beauty crazies!
This is my beauty products worth the splurge!

Chanel Hyrdra Beauty Gel Creme £50

This has been my holy grail moisturiser for way over a year now! I've got through about 6 tubs of it!

Why its so good?:
-Its a gel formula which is very light on the skin, but moisturises and hydrates the skin so well
-It works well in the winter (some moisturisers don't work as well in the winter, due to the fact that the cold seems to dry out the skin, but this moisturiser works perfectly whether used in the summer or winter)
-Can be used as a primer and moisturiser! ( I use this under my foundation as a primer, works better than any other primer I've used before)
-Smells like peaches (no joke it smells like heaven in a tub)
-Sinks into the skin quickly which is good if you are using it as a primer, or if you are like me and hate the feeling of moisturiser on the skin!

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer £21.00

This is better than any other concealer I've tried high and low end

Whys it so good?:
-Covers everything! Yes i really mean everything!
-Perfect for under eye covers dark circles
-Does not cake up
-Does not sink in to fine lines or creases
-Perfect for all ages (my mum uses it and she's 50)
-Has a broad colour range from very fair to very dark

Stila stay all day waterproof eyeliner £13

Its defiantly expensive for a eyeliner, but I've tried most liquid eyeliners on the market, as I wear eyeliner everyday, but this one is my favourite and I've been using it for the past two years (have tried others in between then but i keep coming back to this one)

Whys it so good?:
-It does not smudge or move round your eyes (I hate it when your makeup looks really nice when you've just done it, then your out, you look in the mirror then BOOM theres eyeliner everywhere! PANDA EYES is not a good look on anyone!)
-The  brush/ tip is perfect to create the perfect cat eye eyeliner or for just lining the eye
-Can be used on holidays as its waterproof
-Its very black

Urban Decay Naked Palette £36

This is a cult favourite people talk about this palette all over the internet!

The eyeshadows are pigmented blend easily and are very wearable for everyday
I actually prefer this palette to the naked 2 palette mainly because the naked 1 palette has better more wearable colours in my opinion.
